Buyers are still moving fast in Auburn

That speed makes sense when you look at supply. Listing Leads counted just 14 homes for sale in ZIP 03032 during that same period. That is down 53.3% from a year before. With only 1.4 months of supply, there are not many choices for buyers. That tends to push decisions faster.

Sales volume jumped

Listing Leads counted 30 homes sold in ZIP 03032 during the three months ending July 31, 2026. That is up 25% from the same period a year before. New listings rose too, up 28.6% to 27. And pending sales hit 27, up 42.1% year over year. More homes are moving through the pipeline in both directions.
